Typical delivery to Lusaka, the Copperbelt and Solwezi is 3 to 7 days. Pay in Rand or Kwacha; orders are released once paid in full.

How long until my order reaches Zambia?
Once your order arrives at our office it leaves on the next truck (every Tuesday and Friday), with typical delivery in 3 to 7 days.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the weight and volume of your order and the import duty that applies. Use the estimator for a rough figure or ask for a quote.
Do you handle customs for my online order?
Yes. We handle customs clearance and border paperwork, and you can pay in Rand or Kwacha.
When can I collect my order in Zambia?
Orders are released once payment has been made in full. We do not offer a credit service.
